New processes for cleaning and hygiene
All our Staff wears IPE and is fully prepared and informed about the measures and procedures that keep our Staff and our Guest safe.
Cleaning Products and Protocols
We use virus-killing products approved by the local health authorities. We use cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses.
We use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, elevators (and elevator buttons), door handles, public bathrooms and room keys. We regularly sanitize the air conditioning and ventilation system and ensure continuous air exchange.
Hand alcohol stations are available in common areas
Social distancing measures are implemented, wellness best practices signs are prominently posted, and all lobby brochures, magazines and papers have been removed.
All menus, tables and chairs in our restaurants are sanitized at a much higher frequency, and after each seating. Breakfast area occupancy will be limited and table are placed keeping the recommended safe distance.
The Swimming Pool is exclusively for Hotel Guests, according to Physical-distancing procedures provided by Covid-19 regulations.
Lounge chairs and sunbeds will be spaced 6 ft. apart to keep social distancing within people who are not part of the same household (please do not move furniture).
Access to the water is not possible for more than 6 Guests at a time.
If we are alerted to a case of COVID-19, we immediately work with the relevant health authorities to obtain the facts and guidance on steps to take with both guests and employee. We undertake an additional cleaning and disinfecting protocol of the common areas of the hotel as well as the areas we know the guest has been during their stay. In addition, we seal the guest’s room (e.g., preventing entry by staff or others) and undertakes a room recovery protocol that is designed to disinfect everything in the room including sanitizing the air.
